After finishing PhD in computational chemistry from IISER Kolkata, India (2020) and one-year postdoctoral fellow at Charles University in Prague (2021). I joined as a postdoctoral research associate in the Khalili group at UIC in November 2021. My research interest lies in understanding the paracellular channel protein (claudin 15) mechanism using a computational approach, force field development of the small molecules, and finding the inhibitory effect of the small molecules in the activity of paracellular channel protein.
